SHAPE SORTER aka Blindfold Shapes is a blindfolded team communication exercise.

How it works
Whilst blindfolded the team are tasked with identifying which two pieces have been removed from a set of 30 pieces.
Only by using teamwork, communication and problem solving will they work out the answer.
Specific uses
A great way to give a group an experience that lays bare some of the key principles involved in team communication. Provides an ideal backdrop for discussion and learning about how people can work together.
Practical matters
Time. Around 30-40 minutes depending upon group size, team dynamics and general effectiveness.
Numbers. Between 6 and 12 team members per kit.
Indoors or outdoors. Primarily indoor.
