INTERLOCKER is a version of the team building activity called Team Building Planks aka Assembly and Shelving
How it works
The team gets 18 puzzle pieces and a diagram of the finished assembly.
In the simple version, they just have to put it together.
In the extended version, they have to put it together and then develop the assembly process so that they can do this as quickly as possible.
Specific uses
The simple version is frequently used as a short team task, either as an energiser, or to give a team the opportunity to work together.
The extended version can provide the backdrop for using and developing the full range of skills related to working in a team and striving to improve team performance, as a team. That includes problem solving, communication, support, leadership, innovation and continuous improvement.
Practical matters
Time. Simple version takes about 20 minutes. Extended version could be 60 minutes or more.
Numbers. Ideally 4-6 team members per kit.
Indoors or outdoors. Suitable for either.

Why choose this one
We developed this for our own use and still use this version.
It has the advantages of being suitable for a reasonable team size, whilst at the same time being easy to transport and store as it is relatively light and compact. And it is one of the more affordably priced full size puzzles of this type.
