How it works
The team have a series of process runs where they have to throw and catch a larger and larger batch of juggling balls, without dropping them, as a team.
Hands on team development activity with very tangible results.
Specific uses
It is potentially just great fun so would fit well into any team build as an energiser or practical activity.
At a more serious level, as it relies so heavily on teamwork, it could provide the backdrop to development work in the areas of personal contribution, team problem solving, role definition, communication ....
Practical matters
Time. Around 30 minutes (but they might want to keep going).
Numbers. Ideally 8-12.
Indoors or outdoors. Suitable for either on a dry day.
