Despatch times
- All orders are despatched within two working days. For example ordered on Tuesday, despatched on Thursday.
- Our working days are Monday to Friday, they exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
Delivery times
- Small orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
- Larger orders ie 200+ blindfolds, 24+ blindfold goggles, Interlocker, Shape Sorter and various other combinations of games or resources are shipped via Parcel Force on their PF24 service. They aim to deliver on the next working day after they collect the order from us however this is not guaranteed and can take longer particularly for more remote areas eg highlands and islands. Courier orders are tracked.
- Outsize orders ie Centipede / Skis are shipped with Parcel Force on their 48Long service typically taking 2 working days, however this is not guaranteed and can take longer particularly for more remote areas eg highlands and islands.
